4. Cancellation and No-Show Policy

– Cancellations made within the period specified during booking (usually 24–48 hours before arrival) will not incur a penalty.
– Late cancellations or no-shows will result in a charge equivalent to one night’s stay or as stated in your reservation policy.
– Non-refundable rates cannot be changed or canceled.
